The Sunset Beach Condominium building is one of the most popular in Ocean City’s Midtown neighborhood. The building is conveniently located at 46th Street and the Coastal Highway, which is close to the beach and next door to a golf course. Ocean City Beach and Maryland Beaches are the two nearby, and they offer some incredible natural beauty and endless fun. The Ocean City Boardwalk is close by, so residents can visit the Jolly Roger Amusement Park, shopping, dining, and more. The small town of Ocean City has a long list of great amenities.

Sunset Beach is a smaller condo building with only 35 units that are individually owned. Many of them are used as vacation homes or rental properties for other tourists to rent. Owners have access to two parking stalls, and there are full-time residents who live in the building year-round.
